BOUNCE is a brand new high energy Dance/Fitness class that will change the way you look at your workout!

Bounce DanceFit has a commercial Pop/R&B root and the choreography is fun and easy to follow, combining the latest hip-hop and commercial chart hits. Dance styles covered include Hip-Hop, Waacking, House and Vogue.
The perfect combination of fitness and dance that creates a fun workout environment that will leave you wanting more!
This new addictive class was created so that it is easy enough for everyone to follow, no matter of your experience, age, ability or fitness level!
Dance fitness changed my life!
All my life I’ve loved dancing. I had taught salsa in my 20’s and danced salsa socially for years. Dancing was always how I got my exercise. I could never stand working out in a gym atmosphere. Then my son was born. Gone were the four to five nights a week I had been used to going out. I missed the dancing but also the social life which had revolved around it. I went to my first Zumba class when my son was a year old and I loved every minute of it. I loved the atmosphere, so many different kinds of people coming together to have fun together and workout. From that moment on I was completely obsessed!
Now as an instructor my goal is to bring that same quality of warmth and fun to everyone!
